- Designs innovative, impactful programs in sectors such as education, healthcare, food security, child protection, and skills development, tailored to local socio-economic and cultural realities.

2. Alignment with National Needs and Donor Priorities
- Conducts thorough assessments to ensure that local programs are responsive to national development goals, community priorities, and emerging challenges.
- Works closely with government agencies, civil society, and community leaders to align SOF’s interventions with broader development frameworks and policies.
- Keeps abreast of donor priorities and funding landscapes to maximize resources and support.
3. Program Oversight and Compliance
- Supervises program managers and field teams, providing guidance and support to ensure full compliance with donor requirements, contractual obligations, and SOF’s internal standards of quality, accountability, and transparency.
- Oversees monitoring and evaluation processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting on program progress and impact.
- Implements risk management practices to safeguard the foundation’s integrity and beneficiaries’ welfare.
4. Coordination Between Local and Global SOF Goals
- Acts as the key liaison between the country office and SOF’s global leadership, facilitating smooth communication and coordination.
- Ensures that country-level strategies are consistent with SOF’s global objectives, maintaining coherence across regions.
- Contributes to global strategic planning by sharing local insights, challenges, and successes.
